Instructor, Indigenous Educational Preparation (PREP 181)

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Instructor who demonstrates excellence in teaching, values collaboration, and maintains a strong student-centered approach. Reporting to the Academic Chair of Academic Upgrading, you will be responsible for delivering the course PREP 181: Indigenous Educational Preparation within the Indigenous Pathways Program (IPP) .

This course focuses on developing essential academic skills, such as time management, note-taking, effective study strategies, and building supportive networks, delivered through a culturally relevant and respectful lens. Course: PREP 181: Indigenous Educational Preparation 

Program Term: September 1, 2025 – December 15, 2025 (Fall term)

Course Dates and Times: Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 9.30am – 11.00am .

Note: SAIT, as a post-secondary institution, serves a diverse student population. Therefore, instructional duties may occasionally be required during early mornings, evenings, and weekends. If selected, specific scheduling arrangements will be discussed between you and the leader.

Hourly Rate: $38.18 - $48.32
