The Opportunity

SAIT's Office of the Registrar is hiring a CRM & Reporting Analyst !
Reporting directly to the Manager, Systems and Reporting in the Office of the Registrar (OTR), the CRM & Reporting Analyst will be instrumental in utilizing technology to enhance and support operations. This role entails supporting the Office of the Registrar through a dual focus on the sustainment of Slate CRM and Reporting analysis. The responsibilities are evenly divided between administering and improving the Slate CRM platform and providing data-driven insights to aid operational and strategic decision-making.

The Analyst will collaborate with other Business Analysts and stakeholders within OTR to identify potential opportunities for business performance enhancements. Primary duties include gathering requirements, reviewing business processes, investigating technological solutions, designing and implementing optimal solutions, and managing change processes. Proficiency in data literacy and analysis is essential, as the incumbent will contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within and beyond the OTR through the analysis and reporting of data.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $87,000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
Hours Per Week: 37.5
