Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive smarter decisions and improve operational efficiency? The Office of the Registrar (OTR)
is seeking a forward-thinking CRM & Reporting Analyst
to play a key role in enhancing our systems and data capabilities.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Systems and Reporting, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation—balancing your expertise between optimizing the Slate CRM platform and delivering impactful data insights. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we use technology and data to support students, staff, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion the sustainment and evolution of the Slate CRM system.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design.
- Drive change management and support a culture of data literacy across OTR.
What You Bring:
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and reporting tools.
- A collaborative spirit and a knack for turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
