$90,000 - $100,000
Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Reporting to the Director, Facilities Management
, the Supervisor, Campus Workplace Services
oversees the intake, assignment, delivery, and service-level performance of facility-related work requests managed within Facilities Management.
This position provides day to day supervision and functional leadership to Facility Coordinators and Architectural Technologists, ensuring work requests are appropriately classified, resourced, delivered, and documented in alignment with SAIT facility and workplace standards and operational service targets.
The Supervisor serves as the first point of escalation for work request management, providing oversight on scope clarification, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and compliance with facility standards. The role is accountable for identifying when work requests exceed operational scope and require escalation to project classification, permitting review, or assignment to capital project teams.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational reliability, standards compliance, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right work is delivered through the right delivery pathway.
