The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the Compensation & Classification Specialist is responsible for leading and implementing SAIT’s Compensation & Classification project. This role will focus on implementing a new job structure, ensuring effective change management to support adoption, and aligning compensation strategies with SAIT's pay-for-performance philosophy and other organizational goals.

This role will support succession planning initiatives and integrate compensation strategies with performance management programs. The Specialist will also lead the establishment and facilitation of a classification committee to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with SAIT's job evaluation processes.

This is a temporary role focused on leading and implementing SAIT’s Compensation & Classification project.

Salary range: $65,000 - $110,000
Hours Per Week: 37.5
Position End date: March 2026
