Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) at SAIT offers a wide range of programs designed to support lifelong learning, career advancement (through reskilling and upskilling) and customized talent development solutions for corporations. Our Individual Learner offerings through the Continuing Education and Professional Studies Subdivision are scheduled at a variety of times throughout the week to suit our diverse learner population. These courses course be throughout Monday – Friday during core daytime business hours, during the evenings, or throughout the weekends. Our learners are mature, focused, and want to be challenged. 
 
The instructor's role is to professionally manage and engage students in the learning process and to ensure that students achieve established learning objectives to the maximum of their potential.  The instructor is to make use of any and all available resources, methods, techniques and strategies, to ensure student success.  Instructors are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a learning environment which is pedagogically sound, technically supported and innovative in nature.
 
Note: We are currently building our Adjunct Instructor talent pool for potential course opportunities for our NDT programming during the 2025-2026 Academic Year. Please note that we will only be hiring sufficient instructors to support the expected demand throughout the year and this demand is subject to change.
