The Opportunity
The Student Accounting Clerk
supports SAIT’s Finance Operations team with daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing external billing, following up on past-due collections, processing corporate refunds, peer-reviewing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The role also handles customer inquiries via FreshDesk and other communication channels. Working under close supervision, the Student Accounting Clerk ensures accurate and timely processing of student and customer accounts while following established procedures.
