Job classification: P2043 - Project Coordinator
Salary range:$60,000-$77,000. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity. 
Hours per week: 37.5
Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
Position End Date: January 15, 2027, with the possibility of extension

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, International Centre, the International Relations and Partnerships Lead provides strategic coordination, relationship management, and operational support to advance SAIT’s internationalization priorities. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, International Centre, the incumbent executes strategic directions established by senior leadership and plays a key role in strengthening SAIT’s global engagement and partnership ecosystem.

This role serves as a central resource for developing, coordinating, and formalizing international agreements and institutional partnerships. Using a holistic and relationship‑driven approach, the Lead works closely with internal and external stakeholders to expand global collaboration opportunities and enhance SAIT’s international presence.

We are seeking an experienced professional to guide the development of international agreements that support strategic planning, internationalization, and global partnership growth. The Lead will collaborate with academic schools, administrative departments, and global partners to advance global engagement initiatives and act as a key liaison for faculty and staff engaging in international partnership activities.

This position supports the implementation of SAIT’s international relations and partnership strategic framework. Responsibilities include developing global engagement opportunities in collaboration with academic leaders and external partners, and working closely with campus offices international relations and partnership strategic framework.

The International Relations and Partnerships Lead manages individual priorities in alignment with departmental goals, SAIT policies, and institutional procedures. Success in this role requires strong independent judgment, collaborative teamwork, and a proactive, relationship‑focused mindset.
