The Opportunity
SAIT is seeking a passionate and innovative Trojans Esports Lead
to elevate our campus gaming culture. This role focuses on identifying and launching new Esports opportunities that drive student participation and engagement, while designing immersive event and spectator experiences that energize the SAIT community.
The successful candidate will expand the program’s reach by building strong connections with departments such as SAIT Residence, RTBN, FVP, Natoysopoyiis (formerly Chinook Lodge), and the International Student Centre. They will also track and analyze participation data to uncover trends and gaps, helping shape a more inclusive and dynamic Esports environment.
