The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant , Accounts Receivable (AR) to support the accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable activities. This role is responsible for managing student loans, tuition and corporate payments, daily deposits, banking transactions, student-related AR transactions, outlet deposit uploads, daily reconciliations, and assisting with refunds.

The AR Accountant serves as a key liaison between the Office of the Registrar (OTR), the Corporate Reporting team, various departmental outlets, and both internal and external clients. This position also plays a critical role in investigating and resolving discrepancies, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
