The Opportunity

The School of Construction is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Temporary Full-Time Instructors to join our team in the Pipetrades Apprenticeship and Pre-Employment Pipetrades programs . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical instruction and hands-on laboratory training to students preparing for careers in the Pipetrades.

We are looking for individuals with in-depth knowledge of Plumbing and Gas theory, applicable codes, and current residential, commercial & Industrial trade practices . As an Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. We value innovation and encourage our instructors to be bold, inventive, and bring fresh ideas to enhance the learning experience.

Note:  SAIT, as a post-secondary institution, serves a diverse student population. Therefore, instructional duties may occasionally be required during early mornings, evenings. If selected, specific scheduling arrangements will be discussed between you and the leader.
