Academic Leader, Program Development

SAIT's Centre for Teaching and Learning is a vibrant, inclusive and networked Academic Support Service that assists academic leaders and faculty to promote teaching excellence and enhance the student learning experience. The integrated areas of support include enhancing teaching and learning practice – as well as for digital learning, programme and curriculum development, quality enhancement and scholarly activity. 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Leader, Program Development to join our team. This role provides strategic leadership in the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic programs. This role ensures programs meet institutional and industry standards, align with accreditation requirements, and address the evolving needs of learners and participants. The position plays a critical role in fostering collaboration among academic leaders, faculty, and industry partners to create innovative and high-quality programs. 

The ideal candidate possesses a growth-focused, continuous improvement mindset and aligns with our institutional goals of enhancing quality, collaboration, and the student experience. 

Note: For internal SAIT Faculty members, this position can be made available on a secondment basis, for a term that is mutually determined with your school.

Salary range: $100,000 - 130,000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
